6. Complete and Submit Client info/Notes/Comments
7. Pay for Services
8. Appointment details are sent directly to the Agency. (Virtual assessments: Make sure to forward the appointment link to the client or the carer.)
9. At the appointed time click on the camera icon.
10. When the assessment is completed the assessment will be forwarded to the email on file . Assessments are in PDF format for easy printing and upload.
*Because of the nature of services, there are no refunds, however services are transferable and can be reschedule at anytime.
